it's nice? tested it just now. it trounces the C920 just by being proper USB-3 so the stream is actually *sharp*.

I did a 4k/30 test recording to Zencastr just now and straight out the camera it's very dark and oversaturated. correcting this sort of thing is why we have ffmpeg of course.

field of view is very wide. too wide really. but again since i get good 4k just straight from it, that's plenty of room to crop

there is fancy logitech software to tweak and tune your MX Brio - for windows and mac. on linux, you just get what the camera sends. but that's fine.

i'll be putting this to real use tomorrow morning, assuming my interviewee is back to health (delayed from thursday)

i'd want to get much more used to this to use it for the regular podcast recordings, and also i'll need to figure out my bodged together lighting again

Well that plus the freaking 812 they pulled on the FPR EufRA EEE 4.2.3 means this thing is really gonna rip. I gotta say though I really was expecting a bigger improvement on the BSMT:3 (Big Scawy Math Test :3).
